PAT CARRICK September 27, 1938 - August 11, 2005ANDERSON, SCMrs. Patricia Ann Carrick, age 66, of 402 Tiffany Drive Anderson, SC, wife of the late Owen Carrick, died Thursday, August 11, 2005 at the Hospice House in Anderson, SC.Born in Alma, MI, she was the daughter of the late Henry Bethka and Beatrice Yarnell Bethka. She was the retired owner and operator of Washington Lanes Bowling Center in Millbrook, NY. She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, Good Neighbor Cupboard, Anderson Free Clinic, Anderson Soup Kitchen and the Salvation Army. She was a member of Pope Drive Baptist Church in Anderson where she was also a member of the Esther Sunday School class and the Christian Women 'After 5 Club'. Survivors include two sons, Rick Carrick of Alpharetta, GA and Rusty Carrick of Anderson, SC; brothers, Mike Bethka of Alma, MI and Bill Bethka of Houghton Lake, MI and five grandchildren.Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2005 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home by the Reverend Ken Wright. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 13, 2005 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.The family will be at the residence.Flowers are optional.
