Patricia L. Wentworth Crabtree, age 84, of Anderson, SC, passed away Monday, June 14, 2021, at her home. Born April 4, 1937, in East Holden, ME, she was the daughter of the late Lou Edwin Wentworth and Kathleen M. Pinkem Wentworth. She was married to 1st Sgt. Stanley Eugene Crabtree until his death in 1975. Patty spent her career in retail sales having worked at K-Mart, JC Penny, and Hamrick's and she loved collecting panda bears. Patty was a member of Centerville Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Wayne David Crabtree (Maggie) of Palm Bay, FL; daughter, Sharon Lee Burgess of Anderson; sister, Gloria Higgins of Southwest Harbor, ME; grandchildren, John E. Harper and Rev. Cassandra Crabtree-Hayward; and special friend, Arlene Bagwell. A cryptside service will be held Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Rev. Robbie Smith officiating. A reception will follow the service at The McDougald Family Center.
