Born in Pendleton, SC, on March 23, 1948, she was the daughter of the late John Ross Davis and the late Mildred Owens Davis. Mrs. Drake was retired from DHEC and was a member of the Union Grove Methodist Church. She loved the Lord and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of the home; son, Paul Drake (Tasha) of Belton, SC; daughter, Kim Crosby (Nate) of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Jessica Getsinger, Kathryn Drake, Camden Crosby and Colter Crosby. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 17, 2014 at 12:00 pm at Union Grove Methodist Church with the Reverend Amy Bratton and Reverend Howard Addis officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be at the home of David Drake, 1330 Dorchester Road, Belton, SC and will receive friends at the church from 10:30 am until 12:00 pm prior to the service.
