Patricia Ruth "Patsy" Martin Marcum, 72, of Anderson, SC, passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 at her home. Born July 24, 1948 in Lake City, FL, she was the daughter of the late Basil Martin and Leta Douberley Martin. She was married for over 40 years to her first husband whom she loved and adored, John H. Marcum, until his death in 2011. Patsy worked for many years as an office manager in various physician's offices. She loved her children, grandchildren and family dearly, including her cats, and she also enjoyed traveling and gardening. Patsy was of the Christian faith. She is survived by her second husband, A. Vance "Van" Riley, Jr.; son, James Wesley "Wes" Marcum (fianc Mindy Capps); daughter, Summer Marcum Foust (Andrew); and grandchildren, Ella Mae, Landon and Leila Foust. In addition to her first husband, John, she was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Martin. The family will plan a celebration of Patsy's life at a later date.
