Patricia Ann “Pat” Soeder, age 87, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026, at NHC Healthcare Laurens.

Born February 11, 1939, in LaFrance, SC, she was the daughter of the late William David Love and Nettie Coreen Stone Love. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald W. Soeder; brothers, William Archie Love and David Rudolph Love; and sisters, Shelby Love Purdy and Sharon Staggs.

Pat brought creativity, laughter, music, and love into the lives of everyone around her. She grew up in La France and graduated from Pendleton High School. She was incredibly talented and crafty, with a gift for turning the simplest things into something beautiful. Give her a piece of plastic canvas and some yarn, and she could make just about anything. Pat loved to laugh and loved people. Music was a big part of her life, especially old-time country music and artists like Glen Campbell and Mac Davis. As a young adult, she played keyboard in a band with her siblings, creating memories that reflected her love of music and family. She also had a few simple favorites like her love for Pepsi soda.

She was a loving mother to her sons Kenneth Vickery (Jennifer) and Austin Soeder (Rachel). She was especially proud of her grandsons, Brandon Vickery and Price Vickery. They brought her so much joy, and she loved watching them grow. She is also survived by her loving sister-in-law, Faye Love.

She leaves behind so many wonderful memories and will be deeply missed and forever loved.

Pat’s final resting place will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
