Patricia Sue Jordan Taub, age 79, of Anderson, SC, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Rainey Hospice House.

Born May 29, 1946, in Pampa, TX, she was a daughter of the late Francis Albert Jordan and Pearl Ayleen Edwards Jordan.

Trish was a loving wife and a great sister. She was an oil paint artist who enjoyed writing poetry and short stories. She was the director, producer and writer of music for the play, “Maddi and The Ridiculous Obsession”. Those who knew her best knew she had a genius IQ and a very firm will. She will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her husband James Alan Taub; sister, Alma Kayleen Smith; brother, Hugh Kevin Jordan (Stephanie); and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

The family will host a gathering on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Anderson, SC.
