PATSY ANITA SASSER August 6, 1953 - June 27, 2013 Patsy Anita Haulbrook Kelly Sasser, age 59, of 102 Melinda Lane, Liberty, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 27, 2013, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Walhalla, SC, she was the daughter of Lester R. Haulbrook, Sr. and Betty Jo Cooper Haulbrook of Seneca. Mrs. Sasser was retired as a process analyst with Glen Raven Mill after 15 years of employment. Prior to work at Glen Raven, she was a beautician. Anita was a devoted member and former Sunday School teacher at Deliverance Tabernacle Church of God in Easley. Survivors include her loving husband, Charles W. Sasser of the residence; 3 daughters, Sonja Dee Kelly of Starr, Kim Kelly Lollis and husband Deron, of Anderson, and Kaye Hicks and husband, Keith, of Calhoun Falls; 3 brothers, Lester R. Haulbrook, Jr., and wife, Jo Beth, of Anderson, Rev. Tim W. Haulbrook and wife, Angie, of Simpsonville, Roger L. Haulbrook, Sr., and wife, Sandra, of Seneca; 1 sister, Pamela H. Glymph of Seneca; 5 grandchildren, Kimbral Lollis, Brian Keith "B.K." Shaw, Caleb Hicks, Makayla Hicks, and Kayse Hicks. Mrs. Sasser was preceded in death by her first husband, James D. "Donnie" Kelly, who died in 2005. The funeral service to honor and celebrate the life of Anita Sasser will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2013, at 3 PM, at the Deliverance Tabernacle Church of God, with Rev. Ted Capps and Rev. Kevin B. Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Anderson. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, June 29, 2013, from 7 PM until 9 PM.
