BROWNMAY 2, 1930 - NovemBER 12, 2010BELTON, SC ' Paul Calvin Brown, age 80, of 1517 Hwy 252, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2010, at Willow Creek Living Center.Born in Oconee County on May 2, 1930, he was a son of the late Paul Brown and Evie Odessa Durham Brown Collier. Mr. Brown retired from Duke Power and was of the Baptist faith. He was a Mason and was a member of the Belton Masonic Lodge No. 130.Survivors include his wife of sixty-two years, June Murphy Brown; and their children: Randal T. Brown and wife, Shirley Robinson Brown of Anderson, SC, Paula Brown Elgin and husband, Bruce Elgin of Anderson, SC, and Marshall Brown and wife, Mary Helman Brown of Belton, SC; brother, Thomas Collier of Anderson, SC; and grandchildren: Dana Mitchell and husband, Mark Mitchell; Nathan Brown and wife, Caroline Brown; Amy Poore and husband, Shane Poore; Eric Elgin and wife, Shanna Elgin; Mindy Owens and husband, Mack Owens; Tammy Brown; and Laura Todd and husband, Travis Todd; and fifteen great grandchildren. He is also survived by a special cousin, Milford Brown of Anderson, SC, and a dear friend, Doy McKinley of Belton.In addition to his parents, a grandson, Randal T. Brown, Jr, predeceased him.The Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Monday, November 15, 2010, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by the Reverend J. Carroll Plemmons and the Reverend Andy Hall.
