CHAPMAN May 4, 1917 - September 19, 2005BELTON, SCMr. Paul Samuel Chapman, age 88 of 104 Hillcrest Circle, Belton, SC, died Monday, September 19, 2005 at the Anderson Area Medical Center in Anderson, SC.Born in Williamston, SC, he was a son of the late Jim Chapman and Carrie Bell Cooley Chapman. He retired from Kendall Mills in Pelzer in 1979 and was of the Baptist Faith.Survivors include three step-daughters, Linda Chandler Tillotson of Easley, SC, Aileen Chandler Martin and Angela Chandler Chapman, both of Belton, SC; a brother, William Andrew Chapman of Belton, SC; two sisters, Marie Chapman Lowe of Belton, SC and Tecora Chapman Burgess of Williamston, SC; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Allie Mae Crawford Chapman and his second wife, Sadie Smith Chandler Chapman; four brothers, James, Albert, Allen and Billy Chapman and two sisters, Maggie Chapman and Ollie Chapman Selman. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 at 4:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park by the Reverend Dennis Barden. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm.The family will be at the home of a step-daughter, Aileen Chandler Martin, 116 Sunset Drive, Belton, SC 29627.Flowers are optional.
