She had been employed with Wellington Mill and was a homemaker. She was a member of Varennes Heights Baptist Church and was active as long as her health permitted.Survivors include her daughter, Janice Ashworth and her husband, Thomas of Anderson; sisters, Catherine Krempel and Ressie Campbell; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Robert 'Bob' Lee Edgar; her parents; brothers, Homer 'Billy' Rhodes and Jimmy Rhodes and sister, Edna Arnold.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm with a Graveside Service following at 2:30 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Dr. Kirt Mitchell officiating.
