'Bill' Nation, age 90 of Ellenburg Nursing Home and wife of the late Pope B. Nation, died Monday, January 15, 2007 at the Hospice House in Anderson.Born in Hart County, GA on June 29, 1916, Mrs. Nation was a daughter of the late Hugh Jones and Bessie Phillips Jones. She was retired from Appleton Mill and was a member of the House of Prayer in Anderson.Survivors include two sons, Reverend Jerry Nation and his wife, Peggy of Anderson, SC and Garrett Nation and his wife, Dewey of Greenwood, SC; sister, Frances Fleming of Hartwell; seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverends Rodney Harbin and Mike Harrell.
