PEARL K. FREDERICKS January 26, 1915 - February 5, 2013 ANDERSON, SC Pearl Bell Kidd Fredericks, age 98, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Rainey Hospice House. Born in New Holland, GA, she was the daughter of the late Willie Andrew Jackson Kidd and the late Sara Rosetta Jenkins Kidd. She was a Spinner at Abney Mills for many years, upon her retirement from textiles, she kept children in her home for over 15 years. She was an avid gardener. Pearl was a member of Taylor Memorial Pentecostal Holiness Church where she attended the Mattie Harbin Sunday School Class. She is survived by her children, Russell Delano Fredericks, Joe L. Fredericks, Sara K. Hightower and Alice R. Cash; 16 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Coley L. Blease Fredericks; eight brothers, and four sisters. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at The McDougald Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. The Graveside Service will follow at 3:30 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Reverend Brent Lollis, Mr. Harry Osborne and her grandson, Reverend Ronald Fredericks officiating.
