MIZEAUGUST 27,1932 - May 30, 2009 STARR, SC ' Pearl Odesser Clemons Mize, age 76, of 114 Robinwood Circle, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at AnMed Health Medical Center.Born in Laurens County on August 27, 1932, she was a daughter of the late Haven Theodore Clemons and Carrie Prather Clemons. She retired from the textiles industry ' having worked at York Shirt Plant and Anesco. Mrs. Mize was of the holiness faith.Survivors include her husband of forty-two years, Joel Amos Mize, of the home; and daughters: Nancy Jean Standard of Belton, Agnes Marlene Harris of Starr, Patsy Ann Burton of Toccoa, GA, Raynell Odesser Cheek of Lavonia, GA, and Nancy Jean Campbell of Starr; eighteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Nan Bennett of Anderson.A Graveside Service will be held at 3 pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery conducted by the Reverend Mike Harrell.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home from 6 pm until 8 pm on Monday, June 1, 2009.
