Peggy Lynn Wilson Barker, age 70, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, SC, on June 25, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Robert Belton Wilson and the late Elsie Mae Gillespie Wilson. She was a life-long member of Welcome Baptist Church. She is survived by her loving children, Ken Barker, Jr. and his wife Michelle, of Anderson, SC, and Karen Lynn Barker Lindell, of Anderson, SC; and five grandchildren, Colton Lindell, Kennedy Barker, Brandon Hardy, Dylan Ashley, and Rick Ashley. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Welcome Baptist Church with Reverend Dean Woods and Reverend Mike Cothran officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Salvation Army 2817 S.
