PETE KUZBYT August 2, 1955 - June 23, 2012 LIBERTY, SC Peter Herbert Kuzbyt, age 56, husband of Debra Lee Winkler Kuzbyt, of 1426 Melton Road, Liberty, SC, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2012. Born in Passaic, NJ, he was the son of Lillian Wilcox Kuzbyt of Mahway, NJ and the late Walter "Mickey" Kuzbyt. He was a 1973 graduate of Elmwood Park Memorial High School. Pete was most currently employed with Mastec where he installed Direct TV systems. Previously he worked as an electrical contractor for many years. He enjoyed motor-cross with his son Jesse. In addition to his loving wife of 29 years and his mother, he is survived by his son, Jesse Matthew Kuzbyt; a daughter, Ashley Christine Kuzbyt; two sisters, Michele Dunn and her husband Greg of Wayne, NJ and Patti Lettich and her husband John of Hawthorne, NJ; brother-in-law, Ken Winkler and his wife Kathy of Hamburg, NJ; and seven nieces and nephews. The Memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Kuzbyt will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 7:00 pm with Dr. Jack Couch officiating. The family will gather for a time of visitation following the service. There will be a memorial service scheduled at a later date in New Jersey.
