Rachel Adair Runion, age 39, of Fair Play, SC, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025.

Born February 4, 1986, in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of Rev. C. Randall and Donna Runion.

Rachel is a graduate of Anderson University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2008. She loved the theater, where she enjoyed both writing and directing. Rachel liked to read and write, even attended the Governor's School for Writing. She also enjoyed playing her video games through the years.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brothers Jeromy Runion of Clinton, SC; Jonathan Runion (Jenny) of Clearwater, FL; and Josh Runion (Brandi) of Pendleton, SC. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews Caleb Runion; Alexis and Evan Runion; Bradley, Caroline, and Emma Grace Runion.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 11:00 am at The McDougald Funeral Home Chapel.
