RALPH COX June 23, 1921 - August 14, 2006ANDERSON, SCMr. Ralph Cox, age 85, formerly of 2116 Gentry Road, Starr, SC and husband of the late Alice Boles Cox, died Monday, August 14, 2006 at Anderson Place in Anderson.Born in Anderson, SC on June 23, 1921, Mr. Cox was a son of the late Will Cox and Lucy Stephens Cox. He retired from BASF in the maintenance department and was a United States Navy veteran. He was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Connie C. Ballard of Anderson; son, William Cox of Bicester Oxon, England, Jerry Hawkins of Anderson, Ricky Hawkins of Iva, Randy Hawkins and Jeffery Cox, both of Anderson; fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at 11:00 am at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery in Anderson by the Reverend John M.
