Rebecca H. Harvey, age 73, of Lowndesville, SC, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022, at AnMed Health Medical Center. This hazel eyed fetching beauty was born on November 12, 1949, in Abbeville County and was a daughter of the late Howard Hall and Ruth Franks Hall. She was married to Thomas Frank Harvey until his death in 1994. Rebecca was a graduate of Calhoun Falls High School Class of 1967 and was the Salutatorian of her class. She was known for her exquisite style, wore only Chanel No. 5, and was a great pianist who loved Chopin. Rebecca was a devout Christian and loving mother to her children. She is survived by her son, Collin "Brent" Harvey (Jan); daughter, Alicia J. Harvey; and grandchildren, Jana Harvey and Thomas Harvey. The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
