Rhonda Sue Lewis, age 70, of Starr, SC, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at AnMed Medical Center.

Born May 16, 1955, in Iva, SC, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence "Cotton" Fleming and Juanita Simpson Fleming. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Albert Tony Lewis.

Rhonda retired from Mohawk Industries. She was a faithful member of First Baptist of Iva, where she assisted the hostess committee with all funeral meals. She was an avid Atlanta Braves fan.

She is survived by her son, Albert Tony "Bean" Lewis, Jr. (Angel); grandchildren, Drew Lewis and Jake Lewis; sisters, Janice Hilley, Nancy Renoir and Christy Ellison; nieces, Tina, Chrystal, Sherry, Danielle, Carissa and Kayla, which she raised like her own children; mother-in-law, Martha Owens; sister-in-law, Theresa Brickle. Others who cherish her memory include Alyssia and Jazzy.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 6, 2025, from 1:30-2:30 pm at First Baptist Church of Iva. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm with Pastor Mike McMinn and Rev. Jerry Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Iva City Cemetery.
