Richard Armand "Dick" Arielly, age 79, passed away from dementia on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at Clemson Downs in Clemson, SC. Born in Rochester, NY, he was the son of the late Dominic Arielly and the late Eleanora Buffone Arielly. He graduated from St. John Fisher University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was the manager of IBM Corporation for 30 years, and later along with his wife, owned Glen Harbor Marina in Watkins Glen, NY for six years. Dick was a member of St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Bonita Elaine Arielly; his children, Timothy Arielly, of Hollywood, CA, Douglas Greene, of Honduras, Jeffrey Arielly, of Savannah, GA, Brian Greene, of Anderson, SC, and Amy Burton and her husband John of Lake Wylie, SC; three sisters, Mickey Luke, of Madison, GA, Gloria Stuhlmiller, of Madison, GA, and Lillian Peters, of Sun Valley, AZ; two grandchildren, Johnny and Jake Burton; and one great-grandchild, Noah Burton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Arielly; and a sister, Pearl Nau. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church with Father Aubrey McNeil, OFM officiating. The family will gather for a time of visitation at the church after the service.
