RICHARD 'ED' DUNCAN October 2, 1939 - January 25, 2007STARR, SCMr. Richard Edward Duncan, age 67, husband of Sandra Lowie Duncan of 308 Camelot Drive, Starr, SC, died Thursday, January 25, 2007 at the AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson.Born in Anderson, SC on October 2, 1939, Mr. Duncan was a son of the late Richard Duncan and Lou Ellen Holland Duncan. He was a retired manager of EnMark Service Station on 28 bypass and was of the Baptist Faith.Survivors include his wife, Sandra Lowie Duncan of the home; daughters, Pam J. Hill of the home, Debra Sue Porter of Belton, SC, Donna L. Philyaw and Brandy F. Hudgens, both of Anderson; sisters, Annie Eaves of Anderson and Betty Shedd of Tignall, GA. Nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.Two daughters, Ann Duncan and Tammy Faye Duncan and a brother, James Brown, preceded him in death.A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 3:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park officiated by the Reverend Kenneth McCoy. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Friday, January 26, 2007 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.The family will be at the home of hisr daughter, Donna Philyaw, 102 Nina Circle, Anderson, SC.Flowers are optional.
