BRIAN GARRETT January 17, 1969 - August 28, 2007BELTON, SCMr. Richard Brian Garrett, age 38, husband of Katie Owen Garrett of 242 Richey Road, Belton, SC, died Tuesday, August 28, 2007 at his residence.Born in Easley, SC on January 17, 1969, Brian was the son of Richard 'Ricky' Marvin Garrett Jr., of Townville, SC and Vickie Howard Richbourg of Anderson. He was the owner and operator of Brian Garrett's Concrete Construction Company and was a member of New Spring Church in Anderson. Brian was also an avid hunter and fisherman. Survivors include his wife, Katie Owen Garrett of the home; father, Richard 'Ricky' Marvin Garrett, Jr., and his wife, Kimberly of Townville; mother, Vickie Howard Richbourg and her husband, Don of Anderson; sons, Samuel Eli Garrett and Marcus Fowler, both of the home and Nathan Garrett of Hartwell, GA; daughters, Lauren Garrett of Easley, SC and Kaleigh Lollis and Cali Gill, both of the home; brother, Christopher Pierce of Clemson, SC; sisters, Kimberly Michelle Dorr and her husband, Wayne of Easley, SC and Brittany Richbourg Riley of Belton, SC and grandmothers, Helen Garrett of Easley and Ethel Howard of Anderson, SC.A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2007 at 12:30 pm at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens, SC with the Reverends Sam Duncan and Alton Midgett officiating.
