Heatherbrook Court, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2008 at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Cleveland, OH on May 25, 1947, Mr. Hoffstetter was a son of the late Richard Harold Hoffstetter and Jennie Prohaska Kresinski. He served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was a supervisor with the Clemson Area Transit and was awarded Employee of the Year in 2008(CAT). He was formerly employed with Anderson School System Bus Maintenance and with Englehard Corps of Seneca. Mr. Hoffstetter was a member of Christ the Saviour Antiochian Orthodox Church.Survivors include his wife, Pat Kulpowsky Hoffstetter of the home; sons, Rick Hoffstetter and his wife, Donna of Belton, Brian Hoffstetter and his wife, Shannon of Iva; daughters, Stephanie Hoffstetter of Anderson and Dawn Storey and her husband, Kevin of Gilbert, SC. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Colleen, Kara, Dax, Jordan, Bryson, Ryan, Tyler and Alex.In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his stepfather, Leo Kresinski.The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 10:00 am at Christ the Saviour Anthiochian Orthodox Church officiated by Father David J. Randolph.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Sunday, December 14, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.The family will be at the residence.Flowers are optional.
