Richard "Rick" Neal Latham, Jr., 61, of Anderson, SC, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019. Born, September 27, 1958 in Anderson, SC, he was the son of the late Richard Neal Latham, Sr. and Mary Alice Latham. Richard is also predeceased by a sister Jeanine Latham. Mr. Latham was a graduate of Westside High School. He is survived by his sister, Janet Latham; children, Dakota Latham, Chad Latham and Jason Latham; two grandchildren, Alex and Camilla Latham. The memorial service to celebrate Mr. Latham's life will be held at 4:00 pm, Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the McDougald Funeral Home.
