He was a graduate of Westside High School and Tri-County Technical College. Mr. Monroe was a former automotive parts sales manager and member of West Anderson Church of God.In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Danny Earl Monroe; a nephew, William Daniel Monroe; a niece, Sarah Elizabeth Monroe, all of Anderson, SC; and stepfather, Robert Free and family.The Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Sunday, August 21, 2011, at West Anderson Church of God conducted by the Reverend John M. Daniel and the Reverend Mark Daniel.
