Richard Reginald O'Neal, 62, of Honea Path, SC, husband to Cynthia Anne O'Neal, passed away, Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Cottingham Hospice House. Born September 4, 1958, in Fort Bragg, NC, he is the son of Barbara Faye O'Neal and the late Norman Reginald O'Neal. Richard earned his college degree in business and worked as a sales representative for Lowes. In addition to his wife, Cynthia, and mother, Barbara, he is survived by a sister, Alicia Gaye Richey.
