Ricky Lamar Fields, age 63, of Anderson, SC, passed away Monday, June 21, 2021, at Hospice of the Upstate. Born October 22, 1957, in Anderson Co., SC, he was the son of the late Larry L. Fields and Sarah N. Cleveland Fields. He was a member of Upon This Rock Full Gospel Fellowship. He is survived by his brother, Tommy Fields; cousin, Delores Burdette; and aunts, Doris Strickland, Virginia Cheek, and Edna Cleveland. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Benny Fields, Helen Fields, and Bonnie Cleveland. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Upon This Rock Full Gospel Fellowship with Pastor Dan Williams officiating. A private burial will take place at New Silver Brook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Upon This Rock Full Gospel Fellowship, 30 Branch Dr., Abbeville, SC 29620.
