Robert F. (Bob) Cooper passed away on May 16, 2020 at his home, in Oviedo, FL. Born June 3, 1932, he was the husband of the late Dorothy Whiten Cooper. Bob was a retired Navy veteran who served in both the Korean and Vietnam wars. After retirement, he worked in construction and in civil service. He is survived by a brother, Cliff Cooper of Kingsport, TN and a sister, Gloria Cisson of Greenville, SC. Interment will be Friday, May 22, 2020 at Oaklawn Cemetery in Anderson, SC.
