Robert Allen Lewis, age 60, husband of Claudette Shaw Lewis, passed away on Friday, January 30, 2015, at his residence. Born in Fountain Inn, SC, he was the son of the late Joe Allen and Ola Mae Shelton Lewis. He worked in the textile industry for many years and also worked for Shirley Glass and Trim Company in Anderson. An avid hunter and fisherman, Robert was the president of Twin Lakes Hunting Club in Greenwood. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, David Allen Lewis of Anderson; his daughter, Renee Kyzer and her husband Craig of Anderson; his brother, Billy Lewis of Greenville; and two grandchildren, Karen and Logan Kyzer of Anderson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Dale Lewis. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015, at 12:30 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Butler officiating. The family will gather for a time of visitation following the service.
