Robert "Bobby" Carroll Neal, age 75, of Anderson, SC, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Rainey Hospice House.

Born September 28, 1948, in Newport News, VA, he was a son of the late Carroll Wood Neal and Mary Louise Glass Neal. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Mark Neal and his former wife of 30 years, Valerie Van Nus.

Bobby was the owner and operator of Neal's Restaurant Equipment and Repair. When he was not working to build a successful business, he enjoyed hunting, fishing on Lake Hartwell, and operating a fishing guide service. But, most of all, Bobby loved his family.

He is survived by children, Alicia Neal, Matthew Neal and Robert "Bud" Leary; and grandchildren, Cooper Boyles, Harper Boyles, Madison Welch, Morgan Dietz and Tinsley Evans.

The family will host a celebration of life service at a later date.
