Robin Gilbert Ellison, 68, of Pendleton, SC passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Rainey Hospice House. Born February 15, 1954, in Jonesboro, GA, she was a daughter of Thena Hood Gilbert of Stockbridge, GA and the late Robert N. Gilbert. Robin graduated from Medical College of Georgia and worked as a physical therapist mainly in Anderson and Seneca. She loved traveling, hiking, volunteering and reading, her collections and her family. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, David Earl Ellison of Pendleton; son, Joel R. Ellison (Sheena) of Pickens; sisters, Shayne Goodrum of Durham, NC and Melissa Meadows (Gene) of Stockbridge, GA. The family will have a memorial service at 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at McDougald Funeral & Cremation Services, Pendleton Center with Rev. Bart Turner and Rev. Josh Pearman officiating. The family invites you to join them at 200 Cantrell Road, Pendleton, SC 29670 following the service to continue the celebration of life.
