ROGER WHITE August 10, 1958 - August 4, 2013 ANDERSON, SC Roger Wayne White, age 54, of Anderson, passed away on Sunday, August 4, 2013, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Royston, GA, he was the son of the James Alton White and Frances Lewis White, both of Canon, GA. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. Roger worked in textiles for many years. He was a member of Landmark Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Sue Stegall White; his sons, Christopher Wayne White, and Allen Wayne White, both of Anderson; a step-son, Dale Parker and his wife Donna of Seneca, SC; a brother, Jimmy White of Canon, GA; two sisters, Susan Pointer of Canon, GA and Tammy Oliver of Lavonia, GA; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, David James White. The Funeral Service will be held at Landmark Free Will Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Danny Keen and Reverend Chad West officiating. The family will be at the residence and will receive friends at the church, on Wednesday, prior to the service from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM.
