Ronald Dale White, age 61, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Anderson, on November16, 1954, he was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson White and the late Lena Rose Powell White. He was a graduate of McDuffie High School and the co-founder of RWI (Ron White's Compressor Sales, Inc.), that is now owned and operated by the second generation family. Ron was a Hejaz Shriner and a member of Masonic Lodge 68. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Gayle Addison White; a daughter, Kelley M. White and her husband Trey Fisher; a granddaughter, Riley Michelle Wyatt; brothers, Gene White (Tommie), and Jimmy White (Pat); sisters, Evelyn Williamson (Jimmy), Carolyn Hannah (Milton), and Doris Lee Rash (Jim); all of Anderson, SC. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. with Reverend Sam Duncan officiating and Reverend Milton B. Hannah assisting. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Mark Blankenship, Larry Hardy, Buddy Burgess, Robbie Hancock, Glenn Powell, and Jamie Peeples. The RWI family will serve as honorary pallbearers.
