Ronald William "Polock" Soeder, age 88, of Anderson, SC, husband of Patricia Ann Love Soeder, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021, at Southern Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Polock was born July 27, 1932, and proudly served his country in the United States Army in the Korean Conflict. He worked as an Automotive Body and Fender Repairman and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his wife Patricia, he is survived by his son, Austin Zachery Soeder (Fiance, Rachelle Russell) of Anderson, SC; stepson, Kenneth Mack Vickery (Jennifer) of Clover, SC; two grandchildren, Price and Brandon Vickery; and special friend, Paul Clever. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 5, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at The McDougald Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow visitation on Friday, February 5, at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Mr. Paul Clever officiating. Social distancing, masks, and casual dress are suggested.
