Campbell Veterans Nursing Home in Anderson.Born in Albemarle, NC on September 26, 1918, Mr. Haynes was the son of the late Roy Lee Haynes and Gertrude Goins Haynes. He was a United States Air Force veteran and was retired from J. P. Stevens Company after 52 years of service. He had numerous degrees in electronics and engineering.He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Laura 'Jewel' Vickery Haynes and his daughter, Cathey H. Stuart and her husband, Tony of Anderson, SC.
