Rosia Lee Carver Jenkins, age 82, of Belton, passed away Friday, June 1, 2018 at Rainey Hospice House surrounded by her family. Born December 16, 1935 in Anderson, she was a daughter of the late Carlton Matthew Carver and the late Margie McCurry Carver. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 12 years, Jerry Tribble Jenkins; sons, Bruce Jenkins and Matt Jenkins; brothers, Tommy and Buddy Carver; sister, Mattie Lou Jenkins and daughter-in-law, Elaine Jenkins., brother-in-law, BF Jenkins; sister-in-law, Betty Carver. Rosia retired after more than 30 years of service from Orr Lyons Mill and was a member of Canaan Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, Mark (Tina) Jenkins; daughters, Cathy (Frank) Crawford and Kim (Harry) Duncan; brothers, Butch (Joy) Carver and Raymond (Elizabeth) Carver; sister, Pat Smith; sister-in-law, Ellen Carver, 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from Noon-1:30pm Sunday, June 3, 2018 at The McDougald Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jerry Parnell officiating. Burial will be in New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes.
