Born in Milledgeville, GA, he was the son of the late Southerton Crooms and the late Maggie Parker Crooms. He retired from Honda of Laurens as Head Shop Foreman. He is survived by his two grandchildren, Carlianne and Adrianne Crooms. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Roxanne Crooms; a sister, Alice Crooms; and a brother, William Crooms. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 3:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The family will gather for a time of visitation before the service from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
