Born in Greenville, Roy was a son of the late Roy Hill, Sr. and Mary Lou Roland Hill. Roy proudly served his country in the U.S. Army serving in Germany. He was self-employed as a general contractor. He was former realtor and past member of the Anderson Board of Realtor and was of the Pentecostal Faith. Survivors include cousins, Peggy Isbell, Leroy Jefferson, Paul Jefferson, and J.C. Jefferson.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Hill.A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 beginning at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
