RUBY McCOY May 9, 1931 - May 17, 2013 ANDERSON, SC Ruby Frances White McCoy, age 82, of Anderson, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Hart County, GA, she was the daughter of the late Columbus White and the late Cora Bailey White. She worked at Clark Schwebel for over 34 years. Ruby was a faithful member of Garner Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence McCoy, Jr.; a son, Ronnie Cleveland and his wife Peggy of Pelzer, SC; five grandchildren, Christy Bascue, Kristie Blackwell, Kevin Burgess, Allison Greer and Susan Egger; 12 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; a brother, James Alton White; and a sister, Dorothy Fowler. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM at The McDougald Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will follow at 3:00 PM in the chapel with Reverend Isham Gilcrease officiating. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
