SPARKSJULY 25, 1926 - March 30, 2009ANDERSON, SC ' Ruby Louise Franks Sparks, age 82, resident of 221 Asaville School Road passed away on Monday, March 30, 2009, at the AnMed Health Medical Center.Born in Anderson County on July 25, 1926, she was the daughter of the late John Kinsland Franks and Hattie Irene Cain Franks. She graduated at Anderson Girls High School and retired as a Store Clerk ' having worked in Atlanta, GA and Anderson, SC. Following her retirement, she was a faithful caregiver to her mother and husband until their deaths.Survivors include her brother, John W. Franks and wife, Carol White Franks of Anderson; three nieces and three nephews.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Claud Samuel Sparks and her brother, Albert R. Franks.A Graveside Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Thursday, April 2, 2009, at New Silver Brook Cemetery conducted by the Reverend Fred Treaster.
