He attended Unity Baptist Church in Starr as long as his health permitted and retired from Jackson Mill in Iva with over 50 years of service.He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Georgia McCurry Gray; their son, Rudy Gray and his wife, Anne of Seneca, SC; one sister, Shirley Ashley of Iva, SC; three grandchildren, Becky Pitts and her husband Timothy, Katy Neely and her husband Jonathan, and Cindy Lazear and her husband Weston.In addition to his parents, Rudolph was predeceased by two infant children, Ronald Leslie Gray and Georgene Gray; and one brother, W.E. Gray.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, January 1, 2011 from 10:00am until 11:00am with the funeral service beginning at 11:30am in the Chapel.
