Ruth Vesta Moore Ertzberger, age 92, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Oconee Memorial Hospital.

Born December 18, 1932, in Fletcher, NC, she was the daughter of the late Burley Burder Moore and Georgia Mae Kirby Moore. She was married to Henry Lee Ertzberger, Jr. until his death in 2007. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Steve Lee Ertzberger and Randy Ertzberger; son-in-law, Roger Dale Burdette; and brothers, Charles Willard Moore and Don Moore and his wife Grace Ann.

Ruth was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to read her Bible, spend time with her family, and play Bingo. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Burdette; daughters-in-law, Diane Etrzberger and Lynn Ertzberger; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at 4:00 pm at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Sam Duncan officiating.
