MOORHEADOCTOBER 20, 1964 - OctoBER 22, 2011BELTON, SC ' Sally Lynne Brook Moorhead, age 47, of 813 Blue Ridge Avenue, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2011, in Fair Hope, AL.Born October 20, 1964, in Anderson County, she was a daughter of Racine Webb Owings and the late William I. Brooks. A 1982 graduate of Belton Honea Path High School, Sally attended Forrest Junior College as well as Tri-County Technical College. She was a homemaker and a member of Latimer Memorial United Methodist Church. Among Sally's hobbies, she enjoyed her artistic abilities in addition to cooking and sharing a deep love for animals.Survivors include her daughter, Ferol Racine Moorhead, of Belton, SC; her mother and stepfather, Racine & Joe T. Owings, of Belton, SC; brothers: Steve Owings of Greenwood, SC, Ben Brooks of Belton, SC, and Bill Brooks of San Diego, CA; sisters: Barbara O. Lanier of Simpsonville, SC, Vicki Brooks of Anderson, SC, Phyliss O. Rollins of Greenwood, SC, Melissa Brooks of Daphne, AL, Gloria O. Ivey of Sugarland, TX, and Laurie B. Helman of Belton, SC; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins that were loved dearly. She was predeceased by a beloved sister, Jo Beth Owings Ouzts.A Graveside Service to celebrate Sally's life will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, October 25, 2011, at the Garden of Memories conducted by the Reverend Jeff Roper.
