He retired from Cushman Mill in Williamston and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Williamston.Survivors include his wife, Sherrill Ann Adams Kay; daughters, Pamala Ann Kay Taylor (William C. Taylor, Jr.) of Lowndesville, SC, and Peggy Lynn Kay (Edward Vincen Glenn) of Belton, SC; grandchildren: Jessica Nicole Taylor (Brandon Johnson), Joseph Alan Taylor (Brandi Ashley), Elizabeth Michell Taylor, and Robert Lee Libby Kay; great grandchildren: Allison Nicole Johnson and Kaleigh Grace Taylor.The Funeral Service will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, May 18, 2011, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home conducted by Reverend Jimmy Smith. Burial will follow in White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery.The family is at the home and will receive friends at the funeral home from 6pm until 8pm on Tuesday.
