SAMUEL EPPS October 13, 1937 - February 26, 2013 ANDERSON, SC Samuel Franklin Epps, age 75, of 1018 Bowman Avenue, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at the Rainey Hospice House. Born in Anderson, SC he was the son of the late Samuel Epps and the late Nan Blanchett Brown. He was a retired truck driver and a member of West Anderson Church of God. He is survived by a granddaughter, Jennifer Brown Hooper and her husband Randall; three great-grandchildren, Lyndsie, Zackary and Stefany; his companion. Jeanette Vaughn and her daughters, Susan Stovall and son, Matthew and Nancy Morton and son, Josh Vaughn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha B. Epps; and a great-granddaughter. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend John Daniel officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
