SANDRA ELGIN ANDERSON, SC Sandra"Sandy" Bolt Elgin, age 56, of Anderson, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2013, at her residence. Born in Anderson, on July 9, 1957, she was the daughter of O'Dell Wells Cole, of Anderson, SC the late Calvin Edward Bolt and the step-daughter of the late Dan Calhoun Cole. Sandra was a 1975 graduate of Westside High School and graduated from Tri County Technical College. She worked for Clemson University for over 36 years as a Secretary for a Department Head in the School of Architecture. She is survived by her husband, Stanley Dwaine Elgin, of the home; and her sister-in-law, Kim Martin and her husband Cecil, of Anderson. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. Interment will follow at New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Anderson, 215 E.
