SARA CHARLENE MADDEN November 30, 1956 - April 30, 2007ANDERSON, SCMrs. Sara 'Charlene' Madden, age 50, born November 30, 1956, went to be with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on April 30, 2007 at the Hospice House in Anderson.Born in Anderson, SC on November 30, 1956, she was a daughter of the late Sara and Charles Patterson. She was a homemaker, wonderful wife, mother and granny. She attended Andersonville Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Robert Madden; daughter and her husband, April and Jon Turpen; son, Chris Madden and grandchildren, Emily, Alston and Andrew Turpen; sisters and their husbands, Marlene and Joe Bowen, Darlene and Richard Beatey; seven nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Doris Fry and niece, Stephanie Vaughn.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday May 2, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Andersonville Baptist Church with the Reverends Bruce Evans and James Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson.The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.The family will be at the home of a sister and her husband, Darlene and Richard Beatey, 210 E.
