BELTON, SCDavid Scott Rodgers, age 37, of Anderson, died Thursday, February 17, 2011, in Aurora, Colorado.Born on November 7, 1973, in Anderson, SC, he was a son of David Lamar Rodgers and Debra Hughes Henderson. He attended Westside High School and was of the Baptist faith. He had worked for several years in Anderson with Am Cam Trucking. He was presently living in N.C. and working with the Wolf Ski Resort.He is survived by his parents, David Lamar Rodgers and his wife Janice of Anderson, and Debra Hughes Henderson of Belton; daughters, Hannah Berry of Anderson, and Madeline Rodgers of Walhalla; sisters, Whitney Burnette and her husband, David of Anderson and Megan Edwards of Anderson, a brother, Heath Stansell of Belton and grandmother, Dorothy Hughes of Belton.He was predeceased by grandparents, William Hughes and Ira B. and Lizzie Rodgers.The Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, February 26, 2011, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Reverend David Walters officiating.
