Sharon Lynn Martin Pendleton, SC Sharon Lynn Martin, age 60, of Pendleton, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2014 at Rainey Hospice House. Born in Anderson, SC on October 2, 1953 she was the daughter of Louise Durham Martin and the late Hugh Edward Martin. She graduated from Pendleton High School and Forsyth College in Tifton, GA, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. She had previously worked for the Anderson Independent News, Square D Corporation and Duke Power Nuclear Station. She was an avid Equestrian, having rode show horses for many years. She attended Living Hope Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a brother, Baree Martin of Pendleton; sister, Cindy Ramsey of Acworth, GA. The family will be at the residence. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Living Hope Baptist Church, 7101 Liberty Highway Pendleton, SC 29670.
