Sheila Marie Robinson Riggins, age 53, of Anderson, SC, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born May 30, 1967 in Dallas, TX, she was the daughter of the late J.C. Lanier and Evelyn Robinson Lanier. Sheila was formerly a CNA with Chester Hospital and a substitute teacher with Chester Co. School District. She is survived by her husband, Charles "Ray" Riggins; son, Bobby Bowers; niece, Tonya Soles; nephew, Tommy Soles; and five grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Lanier; 3 half- sisters; and 1 half-brother. No services are planned at this time.
